Join us on Sunday, Oct. 9 to help register voters! We are partnering with Progressive Schenectady on a voter registration event, tabling at the weekly Sunday Street Soldiers gathering in Schenectady (Zion Lutheran Church parking lot). Donations Accepted at UUSS Sunday, Oct. 9

We are also collecting needed items for Street Soldiers including: canned protein (tuna, chicken, Vienna sausages), canned soup, chef Boyardee, ramen, juice boxes, coffee, cereal and pet food. Please drop off donations at the UU the Vote table on Sunday, Oct 9. Donations can also be dropped off 7 days a week at the Street Soldiers donation intake shed located at the JCC of Schenectady (2565 Balltown Road Niskayuna).

After service on on Oct. 9, we are making sandwiches in the UUSS kitchen to distribute during the voter registration event. If you can spare some time to help out after service, join us in the kitchen!

KEEP WRITING POSTCARDS AND LETTERS!
Every Sunday from now until the election we’ll have tables set up at church to write postcards and letters after service. You can also pick up a packet to complete at home, or contact us and we’ll drop off materials to you.
