On many Sundays a member or family in the congregation shares the words of covenant known at UUSS as the bond of union. It includes the line “to care for the Earth in Stewardship.” If we have a commitment to care the Earth, how does that impact our choices about how we live, the transportation we use, the energy sources we support, the food we eat, the items we purchase, how we vote, how we do… well,…. everything! This month, let’s share our commitments and choices, so that we might live into our covenant more fully.
