Covenant is both a sacred promise and an evolving framework for belonging, accountability, and shared purpose. Our resources for this theme draw on theological threads from the Puritans, James Luther Adams, liberatory educational practices, and the ongoing work of brokenness and repair. We also wrestle with the complexities of covenant: balancing individual and collective responsibility, honoring commitments amid change, responding to harm and injustice, and recognizing that covenant requires continual renewal rather than perfection.
