UUSS Paddles will occur one more time for the 2025 season, on Tuesday evening, August 25th.

Join UUSS members and friends as we honor the interconnected web of life, while enjoying local waters. All kayakers, canoeists and paddlers welcome. Friends and family welcome too! If you don’t own watercraft and would like to join the fun, contact UUSS ahead of time at info at uuschenectady dot org, and we can coordinate to bring extra craft and equipment for you.

The final regular UUSS Paddles of the 2026 summer is scheduled for Tuesday Aug 25th at 6 pm at Kiwanis Boat Launch on Rte 5s in Rotterdam. The park has an accessibility assist dock system for kayaks. Those wishing to attend should contact Randy Jennings so you can be notified of last minute weather cancellations, and to indicate if you wish to reserve equipment.
