The Pew Research Center estimates that 28% of Americans identify as a “none” when it comes to religious identity. Between the rise in irreligion, the internet, COVID, and other factors, the church as a site of community and connection has decreased. Can work be a site of possibility for community and connection? How can our relationship to work and labor help us in our spiritual pursuits?
