“Reading the Rainbow” – It’s the Stories!

From LaVar Burton’s Reading Rainbow famous song: “Friends to know…And ways to grow…A reading rainbow.”  We digest facts but we learn about humanity and ourselves and each other from stories. The stories we read in the BIPOC Book Group offer us deep and transformative connections to our Black, Brown, Indigenous, Asian, and LGBTQ intersectional neighbors.

Book group members Kat Wolfram, Lois and Don Porter, and Elizabeth Stehl will be providing the service.
