We have an opportunity to come out of this situation unhooked from the way we have done things in the past. I feel a sense of joy from this opportunity to create a more inclusive future. I am, also, so scared that we will let this opportunity slip through our grasp and we go back to the ways things “used” to be. What did we learn about ourselves during this pandemic that will help lead us from our old normal?
