10:30 am: Christmas Pageant
We share a version of the ancient Christmas story of the birth of Jesus. Please bring new warm hats, mittens, gloves, and scarves to donate to local kids and teens at Northern Rivers. Kids who aren’t otherwise in the pageant are invited to bring a stuffed animal or an animal costume to join in at the end.
7 pm: Passing the Light
We’ll explore why the ancient story of Christmas is still relevant. We will sit in the dark together and then pass the light. Karlinda Caldicott and Norm Thibodeau will offer their musical gifts, along with the UUSS Choir. The service will be followed by some social time -You bring the cookies! Ernie Hall and Carol Neff and family will bring the wassail!
