Summer Stars is programming geared for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade; older children and youth are welcome to come help out. Bring your children to the room next to the dining room before the worship service to sign them in, and pick them up shortly after the end of the service.

Leah Purcell, our interim Director of Lifespan Religious Education, is working to staff the nursery for children under 5. One of our paid staff, Dawn Armour, is available most Sundays, and Leah will be recruiting subs to work with her. If you have children who enjoy the nursery and you know dates that you’ll be attending, do let Leah know (dlre@uuschenectady.org) and she’ll make a special effort on those weeks. Otherwise, she’ll do her best to staff the nursery and keep you updated on Thursday each week, knowing that it’s nice just to come when you can.
