Register Now for UU Wellspring 2023-24

UU Wellspring is a 10-month spiritual deepening course. Group members experience deep listening and spiritual reflection in small groups of about ten, inspiring personal and community transformation. Participants read, view and respond to pre-session assignments that are focused on spiritual topics and UU Theology. This year we are offering 1 course at UUSS. This is an advanced course for folks who have already attended UU Wellspring Sources. We will offer the introductory Sources course in the 2024-2025 year.
UU Wellspring Spiritual Ancestors: – Sept 2023 to June 2024, Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm
Facilitated by Rosie Lewis and Sue Cloninger, Participants explore their own spiritual histories more deeply through exploration of the ancestors who have inspired and influenced them. They reflect on those people whose theology, art, discoveries, ideas, and work in the world shape their own faith and our Unitarian Universalist faith. They also examine questions of legacy, death and dying, and telling our stories in expansive and healing ways.
Please note there are costs associated with this course – for the congregation and for each participant:
  • You can make a free will donation to UUSS to help cover the cost of the Wellspring program on the registration page.
  • The cost for each participant is the book Heartwood: The Art of Living with the End in Mind, by Barbara Becker, and engaging a Spiritual Advisors/Companion. Most spiritual advisors charge a fee of $50/hr., however many offer a sliding scale.”
