March Theme: Our Living Tradition

Unitarian Universalism is a living tradition. That means we recognize that life is always changing and therefore, as we learn and grow, we too change. What we believe and understand about the world changes over time. The needs of the world are also changing and so how we live often needs to change too.

And, we are a religious tradition, which means there are some things that have remained and will likely carry on long after we are gone. It’s a both/and experience in Unitarian Universalism! We’ll explore the value of transformation this month as we lean into stewardship-what were we made for? If change is coming, what do we need to imagine? What might living love out loud mean for us? for UUSS? for the wider community? How might we let go of what no longer serves us and embrace change for more wholeness, wellness, wonder, and wisdom?
