The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is moving toward weakening the Clean Power Plan, replacing it with their Affordable Clean Energy rule. This will cut the effectiveness of the US pledge at the Paris Climate Summit in 2015. The EPA public comment period ends on 10/31.
