Green Sanctuary is supporting a January 23rd rally and lobby day in Albany for passage of the NY HEAT ACT. This act, which was passed in the NY Senate last session, would limit gas system expansion and transmission siting in NY. Gov. Hochul supports parts of the bill, and there is a real chance for passage.
