Green Sanctuary reports that a few bus tickets are still available from Schenectady to the Sunday, 9/17, NYC March to the UN Climate Ambition Summit. The bus will leave at 8:00AM on the 17th from the Union College parking lot at Seward and Nott St. and will arrive back in Schenectady around 9PM. For folks who plan to be at the UUSS Welcome Back Picnic this Sunday, visit the Green Sanctuary table to send a letter or email to public officials expressing the urgency of climate action. Personal letters to officials are very important and even many times welcomed as support from constituents.
