Join Green Sanctuary on an easy hike at Five Rivers Environmental Education Center this Saturday, 3/1, at 1:30 in the afternoon.

The address is 56 Game Farm Road, Delmar, NY 12054. The weather may be slushy (or it may not).  We will be there whatever the weather (except for icy driving conditions).

It is possible to rent snow shoes in the park building, where there are also bathrooms and displays. One of our resident geologists will be along to take you on a walk along a woodland stream with exposed banks. A member of Green Sanctuary will be available for an easy walk to the ponds and birding areas. FREEC has a lot of info on their web site.
