On August 26th we’ll gather on Zoom to discuss the book Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow.

Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow (2022; 401 pages) is the fifth novel by American author Gabrielle Zevin (of Eastern European Jewish and Korean heritage). It follows the relationship between three friends who begin a successful video game company together. Reviewers have described it as “expansive and entertaining,” and have praised the book for its moral complexity and for tackling the issue of cultural appropriation.

The book for September’s discussion is In the Time of Butterflies by Julia Alvarez, 2010 – 352 pages.
