Traditionally EBWA meetings have been in-person and have begun with a light dinner.  This year we will continue to meet on Thursday evenings, usually the last Thursday of the month. We hope to resume our in-person meetings at the church sometime this fall (offering coffee and dessert, not a full meal), but we will use Zoom for our meetings in September, January and February.  No matter where or how we meet, we will begin at 7 pm and end no later than 9 pm.  If you want to sign up to receive the Zoom invitation on the day of each meeting, please contact Judy Clough at mimaclough@yahoo.com and your name will be added to the list.  We will also send a monthly announcement by e-mail and in Circuits. Requests from women who are not yet on our list for Zoom invitations can be made by emailing Gabrielle Reals at ellegr3@gmail.com by Monday evening before each meeting.

As we did last year, we plan to fund the honorariums we pay our speakers through subscriptions by supporters; we will not be charging women for each program.  If you wish to support our efforts, you may send a check made out to EBWA for $30 to Carol Furman (contact Carol for her mailing address at cfurm13@gmail.com).  Subscribers will be automatically added to the ZOOM list.  (We need at least 25 subscriptions to cover our costs for the year.)  When we are able to resume in-person meetings, the charge to subscribers for individual meetings will be waived.  Non-subscribers will be asked to pay $5 to cover the speaker’s honorarium and refreshments for each in-person program. – We very much look forward to seeing you again, both on Zoom and “live,” when our in-person meetings resume.
