It’s December! And with it comes the whole wide range of expectations, spoken and not, along with the panoply of emotions tied to the past and even the future. Depending on our own life’s experience, we might have the blues, express more of a bah humbug, get really excited, or maybe you were done with making/buying gifts back in September! What might it mean to lean into risking joy? What would we need to stop or let go of doing that we might increase the fa-la-la-laing?
