Co-Ministers’ Colloquy – Nov. 25th

As we named on Sunday during worship, gratitude isn’t a limited resource. We can share it generously, offering genuine thanks to the people and other beings that help create the world that we want to live in. Increasing generosity, appreciation, kindness, and thanks-giving are great antidotes to the fear mongering, cruelty, and attempts to divide us from one another. The more we express gratitude, often, the more gratitude we feel and want to express.

Today we give thanks for each of you, those who read Circuits, either sometimes or every week. Thank you!

We are grateful for the many, many people who volunteer at UUSS, sharing time, energy, skills, ideas, commitment, and love. Gracias!

We offer our thanks to the UUSS Staff Team who works hard to serve the mission of this congregation with care and dedication. Niá:wen.

Abundant gratitude for those who live their UU values every day, in your families, neighborhoods, schools, work places, state, nation, and with this amazing planet Earth. Merci.

Thank you to so many of you who have shared words and cards of condolences for our recent loss of our small old shy dog Luna. Your kindness and empathy have helped ease our profound sorrow a bit. Namaste.

And, we are deeply grateful to the Spirit of LIfe and Love that called us into ministry, is with us through challenges and celebrations, and to our families, friends, and colleagues who are part of our circles of accountability, support, and courage. Blessed be.

However you will be spending your Thanksgiving/Thanksgrieving holiday, may it be nourishing with Love at the center.
