Dear ones,

As we prepare to be away for Sabbatical, there are so many details to tend to. Underlying all the specifics is a passion to support and sustain the shared ministries of the congregation. So, we are doing all we can to offer clarity and support to Staff and Lay leaders before we go.

It has been a really hard nearly three years and we need some time to process all the professional aspects that we’ve carried and been responsible for and we’ve barely had any time to process our own personal experience of the pandemic, lockdowns, losses, and so forth.

It will also be hard to let go because we care so much for this congregation and we will miss out on some important things that happen. So if you want to leave us notes in our mailboxes to let us know some of the joys and/or hard things that happened in your life, or draw some of what you’ve been learning in religious education, we’d LOVE to see those when we return at the end of March.
