As 2019 comes to a close, we hope that you devote a little time for reflection. What have you experienced in the past year for which you are grateful? What have you learned? What are you ready to let go of? What would you like to carry with you into the new year? As 2020 begins, hope you can also consider this year’s open questions from the Board. (Open questions don’t have a simple answer, and require many ideas and conversations.) How are we accountable to one another? How do we want to matter in the community? What are the core values that shape our stewardship of money, and how shall we express those values in our budget? We look forward to exploring possibilities with you. Happy New Year!
