Co-Ministers’ Colloquy – August 29th

It is the end of August, and we are thinking of all of you who have a new school year beginning, transitions at work or in your family, and those who are hoping for some clear, sunny days to enjoy some summer activities before the calendar and the weather fully shifts into fall. We are so grateful for the wonderful worship services and Summer Stars religious education programs that have been offered throughout the summer. There will be another wonderful lay led service this Sunday(!) and we look forward to being back with you on Sunday, September 10th.
September 17th will be the Ingathering service, with a Water Communion and picnic. That day is also a March to End Fossil Fuels in New York City, and because we want to practice both/and rather than either/or thinking, there will be postcard writing and other advocacy opportunities at the picnic, so that whether you choose to live your UU values by attending the march or attending worship, you can participate and make your voice heard!
With anticipation, and in faith~ Rev. Lynn & Rev. Wendy
