Book Discussion: The Secret Lives of Church Ladies, by Deesha Philyaw

The next discussion of readings by Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC) authors will be held Monday, March 28, at 6:30 pm on Zoom.
Tom Comparin will facilitate the discussion of this book of short stories that has won the PEN/Faulkner Award, the $20,000 Story Prize, and the L.A. Times Award for First Fiction and was a National Book Award finalist. The collection of short stories is also the March selection for the Baltimore County Public Library’s Anti Racism Book Discussion.
