Shifting Sands

When we start where we are, we are present in this moment. We aren’t worried about tomorrow or judging yesterday. And it can be hard to stay in a present that is filled with so much that opposes our religious values. We might want to cling to more positive memories or imagine tropical island getaways to come. How do we cope when reality feels like constant shifting sands of change?
