August Book Discussion: The Widows of Malabar Hill, by Sujata Massey

For the August adult faith development discussion group on writings by BIPOC authors, we are reading The Widows of Malabar Hill, the first book in a mystery series by Sujata Massey (published 2018).

The author is German-Indian. The book’s protagonist, Perveen Mistry, was partially inspired by India’s first two trailblazing women lawyers, the solicitor Cornelia Sorabji and the barrister Mithan Jamshed Lam.

Join us for the online discussion on Monday, August 25 at 6 pm via Zoom.
