Moral philosopher Adrienne Martin describes hope as “a desire for an outcome and the belief that the outcome is possible but not certain.” But what can one do when a positive outcome and even hope itself seem unimaginable? How might community make a difference when hope is hard to find?
This service will include a ritual welcoming six new members, and be followed by the Holiday Hangout with crafts, music, and delicious treats!
