Opening to Forgiveness

Buddhist teacher, Jack Kornfield, describes forgiveness as “giving up hope of a better past.” If we practice accepting what is, forgiveness can also be a powerful tool to get unstuck from the past, open up to what is possible, and invite one another back into our highest selves.
