UU Wizarding Camp June 28th – July 2nd!

Here are some options to volunteer for our Wizarding Camp, which will take place 6/28-7/2:
Professors
Professors lead a one-hour class Mon-Fri, 1-2 pm. Professors can choose to teach anywhere from 1-5 classes. Lesson plans will be provided for the professors ahead of time.
Assistant Professors
As described above, but in a secondary role. Responsibilities are more focused on helping students who need extra attention and supporting the professor.
House Leaders
Most time intensive. Mon-Fri, 9:45-11 & 2:30-3; at least 18 years old.
House Leaders are responsible for guiding campers through their daily house meeting activities, fostering an inclusive sense of house pride and community, acting as a mentor to students, and facilitating house meetings.
Assistant House Leaders
As described above, but in a secondary role. Do not need to be available for all meetings. Responsibilities are more focused on helping students who need extra attention and supporting the professor.
Ghosts
Ghosts are youth volunteers (suggested age 14-18) who serve to assist professors and house staff, as needed. This is a great opportunity for youth leadership.
Help with additional activities, leading games during the Haunted Half Hour, and with the Friday evening celebration. When in classes, ghosts can serve as helpers to students who might need it. Ghosts are supervised by Deans.
