Registration is now open for General Assembly, the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations (UUA) annual meeting of workshops, worship services, social events, networking opportunities, poster sessions, an online marketplace, and more! Special guests Stacey Abrams and Desmond Meade will co-present the 2021 Ware Lecture on Saturday evening. See event schedule for more details.
GA will be held virtually this year, making it more convenient and affordable than in the past, while still offering a fascinating array of learning and networking opportunities that can be experienced without having to take time off to travel.
Events begin on Wednesday evening, June 23, and run through Sunday afternoon, June 27. Programs and UUA business sessions are primarily scheduled in the afternoons and evenings, and many aspects can also be watched at a later date, so if you’d like, you can virtually be in two places at once! This flexibility makes GA possible even for super busy folks. To see the list of all programming, CLICK HERE.
GA costs $200, and there are volunteer opportunities and scholarships available. For more information or to register, click here: https://www.uua.org/ga/registration.
If you would like to learn about serving as a voting delegate at the business sessions, contact the co-ministers or UUSS board member Lisa Temoshok (lisa.temoshok@gmail.com).
