Religious Education this Week – June 16th

Super Summer Happenings:
We’ll continue Story Time for Youngin’s Tuesday, 6/16, at 6:30. We’ll begin Show and Tell and Check-in for children up to 5th grade on Wednesday, 6/17, at 10:30. And, we’ll have monthly Children’s Chapels for Children through 5th grade. There will also be some other fun things happening around faith formation!
Story Time for Youngin’s has been taking place on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm–tonight is the last installment in this Story Time session. Story Time is geared toward younger children as they prepare for dream land. A big THANK YOU to last week’s guest reader, Kay Schlembach! Thank you to everyone who took time to share stories with our youngest UU’s! Tonight’s reader will be Robin Ahearn. Click here to attend this fun

Summer Children’s Chapel for grades K-5 will take place following services, on Sundays, June 28th at noon, July 26th at 11:30, and August 23rd at 11:30. Would you and your family like to lead a virtual Children’s Chapel? There will be lots of help along the way, if you’d like. It should run about 30 minutes and include a chalice lighting and check in, maybe a story or virtual game appropriate for all family members, maybe a little bit of conversation and connection, and then ending with an extinguishing of the chalice. Wednesdays, every other week at 10:30. Our first meeting will take place June 17th and we expect it to run about 30 minutes. Click here to hang out with some RE friends:
