The Inscription in the Window By Sylvie Briber:  Our own Sylvie Briber will discuss her recently published book, “The Inscription in the Window”. She found the inscription “Grace T. Watkins April 22nd 1883” etched on a window in her Stockade home. Her curiosity led Sylvie on an adventure discovering Grace’s story and others’ of the Stockade. Sylvie earned a BS in English Education at Hartwick, an AAS in Apparel Design at the Fashion Institute and a MS in Curriculum and Instruction at SUNY Albany. Sylvie is a long time member of UUSS.
