Come celebrate the transition of spring into summer with Green Sanctuary. Meet at Hopfield Picnic area at 12 noon on on Saturday, June 16th for a potluck picnic followed by a hike. Bring your family (dog must be leashed), picnic ware, a potluck dish to share, footwear for hiking, insect repellant, water bottle. Parking fee is $6 per car per day. (It pays to carpool!) Rain plan: Meet at Hopfield, caravan to an unoccupied picnic pavilion. After the picnic we’ll enjoy the excellent displays at the new Visitor Center, or hike if not too wet.
