Religious Education this Week – July 28th

Super Summer Happenings:
UUSS Families with Children: Family Faith Development UU Summer Camp in Box is on its way (or maybe already there!)! Since we are unable to be together in person, we wanted you to have some fun things to do together as a family, to explore and grow your UU faith. Your box contains lots of materials for working on these projects together. If you use Facebook and want to post pictures of yourselves or your completed projects in our church group, please do!
The box plan was revised, so instead of sending out two boxes, we included all of the materials in one box. We’ll use the materials to explore the 7 Principles, and ourselves. When your family receives the box, please take some time to go through it and work on the projects with your children. There’s one box per family with children, with enough supplies for the number of children in each household. If you need additional supplies, just let us know.
Show and Tell and Check-in for children up to 5th grade–tomorrow, 7/29, at 11: A fun, informal time for us to be together and chat, share something special from home, and check in and enjoy each other’s company. Wednesdays, every other week, at 11:00. (Please note the time change. We’re doing this to avoid a zoom conflict with another UUSS meeting that happens at the time we were previously meeting.) Here’s the link:

Grades 10, 11, and 12, our Senior Youth, are taking a break for the month of August.
Remember to get some fresh air, wash your hands, and please stay healthy and safe!
