SUMMARY:Mid-Week Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Join UU Schenectady member and mindfulness Buddhist practitioner Tamara Geveci for five sessions of shared in-person meditation and mindfulness practice. This will be a time of connection through guided sitting meditation\, walking/moving meditation and a short\, silent meditation. No previous meditation experience necessary. \nAll are welcome for any or all of the Fall sessions in the Emerson Room (or outside if the weather allows).
