Women’s Alliance Program: November 3rd

The Women’s Alliance will feature Diane Wilkinson, Principal of Schenectady High School here at UUSS on Thursday, November 3rd.  Her presentation is, Young Women at Schenectady High School: Their Challenges and Triumph.

Ms. Wilkinson has been in education in the Schenectady City School District for over 25 years.  She has worked at Oneida Middle School as a Technology Teacher and was named teacher of the year while there. She left the classroom in 2000 and served as an Instructional Technology Coordinator for the district for the Project VIEW.  She was also an adjunct associate professor for Union Graduate College teaching pre service teachers on Instructional Technology for ten years.  In 2010 she became the Principal of Stienmetz Career and Leadership Academy and then Schenectady High School Principal in 2012.  She was named Principal of the Year, last year for section 5 which encompasses hundreds of school districts in the Capital District Region.  We are honored to have her address our Women’s Alliance on this important topic.

Paid Alliance members may invite one first-time guest to this church lunch free.  Member must make reservations for two.
