Kristin Cleveland, a native of Liverpool, NY, comes to UUSS with a background in communications and program coordination. She has worked for a New Hampshire land trust, a New York agricultural research institute, farmers’ markets, a zoo, a teacher’s union, and the Adirondack Museum. She has also served as the Coordinator of Member Support & Development for the First Unitarian Society in Newton, MA.
Kristin and her husband Joe moved to the capital region in 2014 when Joe became the settled minister of the UU Congregation of Saratoga Springs. Kristin enjoys living near the Adirondacks and the folk-music-mecca of Caffe Lena, and is thrilled when her nieces and nephews come to visit. Kristin is also a member of the Board of Directors of Sustainable Saratoga, and she and Joe share a home with two-year-old felines Phryne and Jack.
