The Annual Meeting will take place after the worship service on Sunday, May 20, at which time members of the congregation will vote on the proposed 2018-19 budget and on nominees for two seats on the Board of Trustees. The nominees are Bridget Almas and Dan Leonard, who were nominated after an open application process reviewed by both the Governance Advisory Committee and the Board of Trustees.

As per the bylaws, the Annual Meeting Notice will be distributed on May 4 and will include the agenda, slate of nominees, and the budget and times when you can learn more about the budget. Other members who may wish to be nominated for the open seats on the Board of Trustees need to contact president Mindy Whisenhunt (president@uuschenectady.org) no later than Monday, April 30.

The youth group will be serving pizza with a vegan/gluten free option prior to the Congregational Meeting. Your voluntary contribution for the food will support our efforts to bring 7 Transylvanian youth and 2 chaperones to UUSS during August, 2018. Please be generous.
