Long Strange Trip, An Exploration of UU History

Six Wednesday Eves, Feb 28-April 4, 7:00 – 9:00pm:  Do you wonder about the origins and early leaders of Unitarianism and Universalism, and how the two religions evolved into “liberal” faiths with a strong focus on social justice? Join us for the six-week course Long Strange Trip which traces the history of Unitarian and Universalist thought and practice from the beginning of the Christian era to what we know today as Unitarian Universalism. In each class we will meet prophetic men and women whose courageous words and deeds shaped our faith and can serve as an inspiration for the challenges we face today. Register Here! Or on Sundays in the Great Hall. Questions? Email Kristin Cleveland at clc@uuschenectady.org.
