UUSS has a Communications policy that individuals, teams or committees cannot speak on behalf of the congregation, unless there is a vote of the Board or the congregation to affirm doing so. There are times when being able to add the congregation’s name to a petition, write a letter, or otherwise speak as one body can be a tool for social change. While the policy says that a vote is required, it does not say what process is needed to do so. We are looking for folks who are interested in determining the process. Interested? Please contact Rev.
